Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Uncle Artie’s Chicken Wings, LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality food and service. Due to the nature of our business, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.

1. Restaurant & Online Orders

All food orders are final once prepared.

We do not offer refunds for:

~ Change of mind

~ Incorrect orders placed by the customer

However, we will make it right if:

~ Your order is incorrect due to our error

~ Food is missing from your order

~ Quality issues are verified

In these cases, we may offer:

~ Replacement of the item

~ Store credit

~ Refund at our discretion

2. Catering Orders

Catering orders require advance preparation and staffing.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date

Cancellations

~ 14+ days before event: Partial refund (excluding deposit)

~ Less than 7 days: No refunds

Event Changes

We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee adjustments with short notice of 7 days or less.

3. Festival & Event Sales

All sales at festivals, pop-ups, and events are final.

No refunds will be issued unless:

~ There is a clear error on our part

~ Product is unavailable after purchase

4. Delivery Orders

We are not responsible for:

~ Delays caused by third-party delivery services

~ Issues once the order has been handed to the delivery provider

Please contact the delivery platform directly for delivery-related issues.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

~ Issued in the original payment method

~ Processed within 5–10 business days
