These Online Ordering & Payment Terms apply to all purchases made through Uncle Artie’s Chicken Wings, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including online, phone, catering, and event orders.

1. Order Acceptance & Accuracy

By placing an order, you agree that:

~ All information provided is accurate and complete

~ You are authorized to use the payment method submitted

~ You have reviewed your order before submitting

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled except at our discretion.

2. Payment Authorization

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed (e.g., catering contracts).

By submitting payment, you authorize:

~ The full charge of your order

~ Applicable taxes, fees, and service charges

We reserve the right to:

~ Refuse or cancel any order

~ Verify payment details before processing

3. No Refund / Final Sale Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food:

~ All standard food orders are final sale once prepared

No refunds will be issued for:

~ Change of mind

~ Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Any approved refunds or credits are issued solely at our discretion.

4. Pickup & Delivery Responsibility

Pickup Orders

~ Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time

~ We are not responsible for food quality after pickup

Delivery Orders

~ Once an order is handed to a delivery provider, responsibility transfers to the customer and/or delivery service

We are not liable for:

~ Delivery delays

~ Damaged items during transit

~ Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

5. Catering & Large Orders

~ Large or catering orders may require deposits and signed agreements

~ These orders are subject to separate cancellation terms outlined in our Refund Policy or Catering Agreement

6. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Valid Chargebacks

Chargebacks are only considered valid in cases of:

~ Fraudulent use of your payment method

~ Duplicate charges

Invalid Chargebacks

You agree that the following are NOT valid reasons for a chargeback:

~ You changed your mind after ordering

~ You failed to pick up your order

~ You entered incorrect order details

~ You dislike the taste or preference of food

~ Delivery delays caused by third-party services

~ You did not read our policies

Evidence for Disputes

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment processor, including:

~ Order confirmation records

~ Timestamped transaction data

~ IP address and device data

~ Communication records

~ Proof of preparation and/or fulfillment

Recovery of Funds

If a chargeback is filed improperly and resolved in our favor, we reserve the right to:

~ Recover the full amount of the order

~ Charge additional administrative fees

~ Refuse future service

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

~ Cancel suspicious orders

~ Request additional verification

~ Refuse service to anyone suspected of fraud or abuse

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncle Artie’s Chicken Wings, LLC is not liable for:

~ Indirect or incidental damages

~ Losses resulting from misuse of the website or ordering system

~ Third-party service failures
